Spiritual Well-Being Weekend
Our Spiritual Well-Being Weekends are residential programs designed for women spiritual seekers and are based upon the principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and other natural lifestyles. Our warm and welcoming atmosphere along with spiritual activities will help you connect with your emotions and create your daily routine to alleviate challenging moments.
Workshop ‘Your Mirror of Emotions’
It is not always easy to understand our emotions and why they affect us so deeply. In this workshop, we will look at our emotions and learn how to accept them. In this workshop, we will follow the principles of Vedic psychology.
Satsanga ‘Feminine Spirituality’
During the satsanga gathering, we will reveal Feminine Spirituality according to Indian wisdom and how it benefits our spiritual life. The Feminine Spirituality Satsangas want to inspire women to be more in touch with their feminine self.
In the mornings, we will practice Jivananda exercises to ground ourselves and improve overall health of body and mind. Jivananda, meaning ‘joy of the self’, includes laughing yoga which is beneficial for increasing natural dopamine.
Introduction to Ayurveda
We will also learn the essential principles of Ayurveda and how to apply them into our life. We will practice self-massage, face massage and other techniques to help us overcome sadness and emotional stress.
The aim of our Spiritual Well-Being Weekend is to become more grounded in our daily lives and enhance our spiritual aspirations.
